	Duly completed application form for admission along with Demand Draft/ Cheque or Cash as ordain.
	The institute should receive the application form for admission before the terminal date for submission of form.
	Marksheets Two sets of Xerox copies of Marksheets duly attested of qualified /last attended examination of (10+2), Graduation, Post graduation and four recent passport size photographs.
	All students who enroll for any of the programs will have to follow the rules, regulations and policies of the institute strictly. The students are supposed to maintain decorum of the institute. Failure to adhere to the institute policies, rules and regulations may lead to disciplinary action, financial penalty, suspension and/ or rustication from the institute.
